"She is both delicate and fierce, a gentle storm with the power to change the world." - Unknown

They say

"Girls are made of sugar and spice and all things nice".

But Women are made of Fire.

Of an eternal flame that mirrors God’s love and power, burning with the fierce intensity of fire yet

flowing with the gentle grace of water.

Women.

Such mesmerizing, beautiful creatures.

And you, Dear, are one of them.

Within you resides a sacred duality, a wild force untamed,

veiled in delicate, vulnerable softness.

Let's dive into this beautiful topic together.

Shall we?

"I don't know what she was, anything that no one ever saw and everything that everybody ever wanted." David Copperfield by Charles Dickens

Poets have written of our softness, our strength.

They have marveled at the way we carry sorrow and joy,

at the mystery that shines in our eyes.

“She walks in beauty,” Lord Byron wrote, and in those few words,

he admitted what men have always known:

There is something otherworldly about the way women move through this life.

We are both fierce and gentle, wild and tender, strong and vulnerable.

ree

We are too strong and too gentle all at once,

too patient, too fierce, too full of something one cannot explain.

We are ever-changing and constant.

We are the warmth that ignites the world & the cool touch that brings peace.

We embody the paradox that the world cannot fully understand,

yet cannot live without.

ree

Women, much like fire, have a spark within them

that ignites passion, creativity, and determination.

It is in their words, their touch, their gaze—that intangible warmth which draws people in, makes them feel seen and heard.

But there is another side to fire:

the heat that demands respect, the flame that can hurt when tested too harshly.

It is not a fury without purpose, but a force that rises in protection, in defense, of themselves, their loved ones and for what is right and just.

Their fire is not to be feared, but to be honored, for it is a fire that burns for life.

ree

And then, there is water.

The gentle ebb and flow of oceans, streams, and rivers.

Women, like water, move with grace, softly as whispers yet capable of shaping even the hardest stone.

They are the caretakers, the nurturers, the ones who know how to soothe and heal, offering solace when the world is harsh.

There is a vulnerability in water, a softness that seems to invite fragility.

But do not mistake it for weakness, for water is patient, persistent, and endlessly transformative.

Water holds an unparalleled power— the power to nourish, to cleanse, and to create life.

Our very first day

She enters the world with a cry, a spark of fire in newborn lungs.

She is fierce enough to make her presence known

yet evokes gentleness in everyone who sees her.

Journey to Womanhood

Every day, she moves between power and grace. She speaks up when needed and stands firm, yet knows when to listen, when to surrender

Never breaking, only bending.

A life fully lived

As her years pass, her strength grows deeper, and her softness blooms into radiant beauty.

The fire that once burned bright becomes a steady warmth, guiding those who follow. The waters that once wept now shine, a mirror to the life she lived.

She is never defined by strength or softness:

She is the harmony of both, woven into every moment of her life.

ree

In this beautiful dance of fire and water,

Women remind the world that true power is not always loud or forceful.

Sometimes, it is the softest whispers, the quietest movements,

that create the most profound impact.

It is in the flicker of fire & the ripple of water that the world is forever changed.

Let us bring this journey to a close with this beautiful poem by Kahlil Gibran, my favourite poet:

"The Song of the Women" by Kahlil Gibran

We are the dreamers of the world,

The silent keepers of its grace,

Through joy and sorrow, we are bound,

In love's eternal, sacred space.

In the garden of life, we bloom,

With petals soft, yet roots so deep,

Our whispers carry winds of change,

In hearts, our secrets ever keep.

We rise like morning with the sun,

And shine like stars that pierce the night,

With every tear, a story told,

With every smile, the world ignites.

We are the song,

the breath, the light,

The pulse that stirs

the earth to move,

In us, the flame of life

burns bright,

A fire that nothing can remove.

ree

Stay gentle and wild, my Darlings.
